Booking, Cancellation & Refund Terms
In the event of extreme weather conditions preventing Glitter & Gloss from traveling, a full refund will be issued unless an alternative date is agreed upon. Once a new date is agreed upon, no refund will be given.If the Client cancels the party less than 8 weeks (56 days) in advance, no refund will be issued.

If Glitter & Gloss agrees to issue a refund, it will be processed within 28 days.

Party cancellations must be made via email.

In the unlikely event that Glitter & Gloss has to cancel a booking, the Client will be notified within 24 hours of the cancellation, and an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Travel Charges
A travel charge may be applied to the party price, which will be advised at the time of booking.

Booking Terms & Changes
The right to use Glitter & Gloss services is not transferable, and the Client may not transfer or sublet the booking to another person or entity.

After booking and paying the deposit, any changes to the party must be requested via email at least 7 days before the party date. Glitter & Gloss will do its best to accommodate last-minute changes, but this may not always be possible.

Invoices
Glitter & Gloss will invoice the Client for the party deposit after upon receipt of completed booking form . Until a deposit payment is received this is only considered a preliminary booking and the date in question remains available for another party to book
The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in termination of the party booking .
Payment methods
Deposit payment will be made to the Glitter& Gloss via bank transfer, Paypal or approved payment card.
Party balances are due In cash on the day. If you would prefer to pay via card , PayPal or Bank Transfer this must be arranged 48hour before the party date and an invoice will be sent accordingly
Pamper Party Set Up

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the party venue is ready for Glitter & Gloss to set up upon arrival. This includes providing a clean, safe, and adequately sized space with sufficient lighting and access to power outlets if required. Any necessary furniture rearrangement must be completed before the team arrives.

Glitter & Gloss will bring a small amount of equipment, which may include foldaway tables for nail, hair, and makeup services. However, the Client must provide chairs for guests. If space is limited, we can use existing surfaces at the venue. For facial treatments, we will bring a beauty table or reclining chair. If the Client opts to include electric foot spas, these must be set up near a power outlet. Additionally, the Client must provide a sofa or chairs for children to sit on during the party, as well as access to fresh water.

Glitter & Gloss requires uninterrupted access to the venue at least 30 minutes before the party start time for setup. Any delays due to venue inaccessibility, lack of space, or failure to meet the above requirements may impact the overall service time without entitlement to a refund or additional time.

By booking a pamper party, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these setup requirements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Glitter & Gloss hosts will pack away all party-related items at the end of the service; however, they are not responsible for cleaning the party room’s floors, walls, or any mess created during the event. The Client is responsible for ensuring the space is left in an acceptable condition. We strongly advise that any breakables or valuables be removed from the party area before the event to prevent accidental damage.

Parking

The Client agrees to provide suitable parking directly outside the party venue to allow for the unloading and loading of equipment necessary for Glitter & Gloss’s mobile pamper party services. Any parking fees incurred, including but not limited to meter charges, car park fees, or other applicable costs, will be charged to the Client. If a parking permit is required, it is the Client’s responsibility to arrange and provide this in advance.

Failure to secure adequate parking in a timely manner may result in delays in setup, which could reduce the overall party time. Glitter & Gloss shall not be held responsible for any loss of service time due to parking-related delays.

Parental Consent & Safe Guarding

Glitter & Gloss requires a signed Parent Consent Form for each child participating in the pamper party. This form will be issued via email to the Client, who must distribute it to each parent or carer for completion. The form must include the parent’s name, child’s name, and the date, and it must be signed to grant permission for participation.

The Parent Consent Form also provides an opportunity for parents or carers to inform Glitter & Gloss of any allergies or treatments their child is not permitted to receive for any reason. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all forms are collected and provided to Glitter & Gloss before the party begins.

Any child without a signed Parent Consent Form at the start of the party will not be able to take part in any treatments or activities. No exceptions will be made.

Glitter & Gloss may take photos during the party for promotional use on our website and social media; however, we will only use images of children if explicit permission has been granted by their parent or carer.

A responsible adult must be present throughout the duration of the party to oversee the children and handle any immediate concerns. While Glitter & Gloss selects products suitable for sensitive skin, we cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur. In the event of any skin irritation or reaction, we will remove the product immediately and notify the responsible adult on-site.

For hairstyling services, children must arrive with clean, dry hair, as we are unable to blow-dry wet hair. Additionally, if head lice are detected, we will discreetly inform the responsible adult, and the child will be unable to participate in hairstyling services.

Pamper Party Assistants – Trainee Hairdresser , Trainee ,Beauty Therapists & Childcare Practitioners

Our Pamper Party Assistants are carefully selected trainee hair/beauty therapists or childcare practitioners who are passionate about working with children. They work under the direct supervision of our fully qualified hosts.
